    I used Robert "Bob" Webb as my agent to purchase a health insurance policy last year. The guy is completely incompetent at his job. My old policy was set to run out so I told him that I wanted the new policy to be effective the day after the old policy's coverage ended. He sent my application and premium payment into the company too early so they rejected it and sent it back. By the time I got it back, my old policy had expired. Long story short, I ended up without health insurance coverage for nearly two weeks. To make it even worse, I was taking treacherous hikes up the Smokey Mountains during that time period (not realizing that I was without health insurance coverage). That's incompetence at best, and probably qualifies as malpractice. I only needed insurance for a few months because I was going into the military. Webb hooked me up with a short term policy that was terrible. Short term policies have many more limitations and you have to prove that every single claim you make is not a pre-existing injury. Of course I didn't know this at the time because Webb didn't bother to advise me in any way. I'm not really sure what the hell an insurance agent is supposed to do, but this guy is not doing it. You're better off handling insurance purchases yourself than you are going to Bob Webb

    you want things done and done right....one stop shop! These guys are amazing!! Words can not even begin to explain the level of expertise, professionalism, & respect I have for these guys! I was treated like a person and not just another case, they were honest in what they thought they could do for me and they delivered far more than even I anticipated.
